From the login screen, use "Forgot password" to receive a reset link by email. If you're locked out entirely, ask your company's Financial Admin to reset it from Settings → Users.
Open the mobile app and tap Check In on your assigned site — scan the site's QR code, use GPS (if your site has geofence check-in enabled), or ask a supervisor to check you in manually.
From Timesheets, add your standard/overtime hours per site and submit for approval. You'll see a status badge once your site manager approves or rejects it — rejected entries can be edited and resubmitted.
Alert thresholds are configured per company under Settings → Alert Thresholds. Check your certification's expiry date is recorded correctly, and that push notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings.
Use Safety → Report Incident, add a description, severity and photos if relevant. Reports flagged as reportable are surfaced to your Financial Admin for RIDDOR follow-up — the app records the report, but statutory reporting to HSE remains your company's responsibility.
Yes — check-ins, timesheets, plant checklists and inductions all work offline in the mobile app and sync automatically once you're back in signal.
Go to Leave in the app or dashboard, submit your request with dates and type, and track its approval status. Your company's leave year and entitlement rules are configured centrally by your admin.
Financial Admins can invite users from Settings → Users. If you're at your seat limit, add more seats from Settings → Billing — the Stripe-hosted portal handles the change immediately.
Ask your company's Financial Admin — they can generate a Subject Access Request export or raise an erasure request directly from Settings → GDPR. If you need to reach us directly about a request, email support@usemarf.com.
